1. There are required fields, indicated by a red asterisk.  The "Submit" button will not become active until all required fields are completed.  If a question does not apply, write in N/A or select N/A.  
2. If the animal you want to adopt is not available in the list, write the name of the animal in one of the text boxes.
3. Once you have completed the application, you will receive a confirmation email stating we have received your application from "adopt@totuanimalrescue.org via rescuegroups.org". Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive it.
